Comments on YouHaveThePower are moderated and will be approved before posting. Comment approval will typically occur within 24 hours.
Comments should contribute to the dialogue. We ask those who do comment to please stay on topic. our aim and wish is to host an open, transparent and honest dialogue with our community however off-topic comments may not be approved.
We will review, post and respond to comments in a timely manner. We welcome constructive criticism. We may not be able to respond to every comment, but we will read all of them.
We will not post comments that:
- are spam, inappropriate, defamatory or include profanities
- humiliate, intimidate, offend or vilify others
- are likely to infringe copyright or other personal and privacy rights of others, or

Our blog will provide material and information relating to approved infrastructure projects. YouHaveThePower will not replace or be a substitute for our traditional customer service channels. We ask that you continue to direct all customer enquiries through our traditional customer service channels. Using these channels will allow you to discuss your issues with experienced Western Power support representatives in a timely manner.
The Western Power bloggers will not respond to customer issues and will not post these comments to the blog.
